Proudly serving Futari Wagyu throughout our menus. Futari Wagyu is prized for its marbling, which gives the beef a rich flavor and a subtle buttery taste. The key to Wagyu’s incredible taste is the fine marbling of intra-muscular fat in the meat that renders through, releasing the full flavour of the beef and giving it a succulent and tender texture.
