Guests enter along a hidden pathway from the main street of the Port Douglas village, to discover a breathtaking restaurant that is like stepping into another world. An elegant dining experience, offering fine food in a truly unique setting, Nautilus specialises in Modern Australian Cuisine with Asian and European influences. The menu focuses on fresh, locally sourced produce, sensational flavours and perfectly paired wines to match. Curated by our Executive Chef, the ever-changing Nautilus degustation menu is an exploration of tastes, textures and techniques. The Courtyard
The original restaurant dining area has been transformed from a grassy slope some 65 years ago to the majestic wonder that it is today. On a clear night, the only ceiling is the stars in the sky and the fronds of the coconut palms towering 50 feet above.

Designed to fully immerse diners in the lush tropical gardens of the property, the Forest Deck is intimate dining embodied. Perfect for a romantic dinner, there have been many proposals standing at the deck railings as couples gaze out into the illuminated greenery.
The Canopy Lounge
