It houses the working 1890 pipe organ formerly installed in St Augustine's Church, Merewether and is also home to the highly significant 1870 J&A Brown Locomotive No4. Newcastle Museum's purpose-built McIntyre Theatrette is equipped with a large screen, high-quality digital projector and audio sound equipment. This light and spacious venue is ideal for conferences, seminars, presentations, and other corporate gatherings that require an engaging setting.
