The City of Busselton Undalup Room is the perfect river front location to hold a variety of functions, from conferences and corporate events to exhibitions, weddings, presentation nights and balls. With access to a large alfresco area overlooking the Vasse River, the Undalup Room is equipped with modern commercial kitchen facilities, high quality audio visual technology and is available in multiple configurations to suit your needs. To secure your booking you will need to submit the Contract of Hire Form and the Application to Consume Liquor form (if applicable). If a fee is payable an invoice will be sent to you. Once payment has been received this will secure your booking. Your confirmation letter will then be issued.
