About this venue
At The Raven Warehouse, we are committed to providing a high-quality, versatile space for your event. To ensure smooth operations and protect the integrity of our venue, all clients must agree to the following terms of hire. • A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment (as specified in your invoice). • Provisional holds will not guarantee your date unless payment is made. • By confirming your booking, you agree to all terms outlined in this Venue Hire Agreement. • You are entitled to use the venue only during the agreed hire period stated in your confirmation. • This includes time for bump-in (set up), the event itself, and bump-out (pack down). • Early access or overtime must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees. • Failure to vacate on time will result in overtime charges. • The hired space may include the main event area, VIP section, stage, LED screen, lighting booth, and other features as agreed upon at the time of booking. • Access to restricted areas (e.g. technical rooms, staff storage) is prohibited unless authorised by management. • Any alterations to the space (e.g. decorations, lighting setups, equipment installations) must be approved in writing before the event.
